Everything is included with ShopProp's buying program. Searching, showings, pricing analysis, writing offers, negotiations, handling all timelines and contingencies, all the paperwork through closing, and any post-close issues that come up.

The difference between the minimum ShopProp takes of the commission, $2,995 to the maximum ShopProp Takes, $5,995 is determined by how many services you use before you buy a property.

A service is defined as:

Everyone 1-2 properties ShopProp shows you = 1 Service

Every 1-3 offers ShopProp writes up for you = 1 Service

Every time ShopProp is at an inspection with your inspector  = 1 Service.

For 2 services or under ShopProp takes $2,995 and gives you back the rest of the commission.

For homes under $700,000

ShopProps minimum is $1,995 to a maximum of $4,995
