Does having an agent that says they have personal relationships with other agents help?

A. This is mostly a sales/scare static used by agents.  FYI ShopProp does business with more agents in the markets we are in than other agents so if this did help then going with ShopProp over other agents who did less business would make sense. The reality is the seller is going to look at all offers and go with the highest price with the best terms.
