The buyer's Agent Commission is the commission offered to the agent that represents the buyer. Sellers will typically offer a buyer's agent commission as an incentive for other agents to show their home. A typical buyer's agent commission in the current market is 2.5-3%.
As a seller you can offer whatever commission you want to the agent representing the buyer. If you offer a lower than typical commission it may impact other agents showing your home but it will not impact your exposure on sites.
The listing commission is the commission offered to the agent representing the seller.
If a buyer goes directly to the listing agent to buy a home, the listing agent is paid the listing agent commission and the buyer's agent commission.
