Are there any upfront or additional charges for selling a home with ShopProp?

There are no upfront charges and selling fees are only paid when you sell your property. Our sellers can cancel at any time.

 

You can choose from 4 levels of service:

 

ShopPropFree- This allows you to list your home for free in the MLS which goes on every site in the country for max exposure. The seller handles all the calls, and contracts in this situation. If ShopProp brings a buyer the seller will pay ShopProp the buyer's agent commission they are offering. Cost $0 plus and buyers agent commission you are offering.

 

ShopProp Free Plus-This allows you to list your home for free in the MLS which goes on every site in the country for max exposure. Once an offer is accepted ShopProp will handle all the paperwork for the seller. Cost $995 plus and buyers agent commission you are offering.

 

ShopProp Full-ShopProp handles everything for you. We operate in a full-service capacity.

We help you price your property, give you suggestions on preparing your property for sale, disclosures professional photos and 3d walk-through, sign, lockbox, marketing, 2 open houses, offer negotiations, all paperwork through, and any post-close issue that come up. Cost $1995 for homes under $500,000 and $2,995 for homes over $500,000 plus any buying agent commission you are offering. 

 

ShopProp Full Plus-You have signed up for ShopProp Full and a buyer comes to ShopProp to write an offer on your listing. You have the option to allow ShopProp to represent the buyer and you. If you allow ShopProp to do this you will NOT pay the buyer's agent commission you are offering. Cost $3,995 total commission.

 

 

We suggest you have professional photos taken. For ShopProp Full and ShopProp Full plus we will rebate you back up to $300 of the cost to take those photos at closing. We will give you recommendations of who to use. 

 

If you would like us to coordinator your contractors, cleaners, and stagers we can but this would be an additional fee of $1,495.
